Job Details
Requirements:
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong computer skills; Sage, Procore, Access, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Assemble a set of subcontractors
- Assist PM with bids
- Assist PM with change orders
- Manage submittals, schedules, RFI's, contracts, files, and reports
