We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer/APM to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting construction projects, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results for our clients. As a Senior Project Engineer/APM, you will be responsible for handling multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that all stages of the construction process are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Engineer/APM, your core responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of our construction projects to guarantee accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
2. Utilizing Procore on a regular basis to manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records.
3. Reviewing, responding to, and managing RFI's, Submittals, and Change Orders to ensure all project requirements are met and documented properly.
4. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
6. Identifying and addressing problems that could impact the progress of the project.
7. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Engineer/APM position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project engineer or assistant project manager role.
3. Proficiency in Procore, with a strong understanding of RFI's, Submittals, and Change Orders.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
6. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
7. Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
