We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent K-12 Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 and higher education projects. The candidate must be a registered and licensed architect with AIA certification. The candidate must have extensive experience in AutoCAD and Revit software.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the architectural design and construction of K-12 and higher education projects.
- The candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to the plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project meets all building codes and regulations.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the client's expectations and requirements.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- The candidate must be a registered and licensed architect with AIA certification.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 and higher education projects.
- The candidate must have extensive experience in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- The candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- The candidate must have experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- The candidate must have a strong commitment to quality and excellence in architectural design and construction.
