Senior Project Architect

Job Details:
As a Permanent Senior Project Architect, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and innovative engineering team. This role requires a highly skilled, ambitious, and dedicated individual with a passion for architectural design and engineering. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all phases of architectural and engineering projects from inception to completion.
2. Utilize expertise in Autodesk, CAD, AutoCAD, BIM, Architectural Design, Building Codes, and Construction Documentation to create innovative and efficient designs.
3. Ensure all designs and projects comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
4. Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, designers, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
7. Continually monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design plans and specifications.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the commercial industry.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk, CAD, AutoCAD, BIM, Architectural Design, Building Codes, and Construction Documentation.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
5. Strong knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Professional registration as an Architect is preferred but not required.
