Senior Project Architect, K-12

3-4 years as a Registered Architect - ideally with k-12 or higher education experience

Min. Prerequisites: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Licensed Architect, familiar with Revit

Job Description:

• Primarily K-12 project management
• Effectively coordinates project efforts
• Serves as primary client liaison
• Prepares strategic plans
• Estimates scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
• Leads master planning efforts
• Prepares projections and billings
• Successful management of multiple teams on multiple projects
• Coordination of project teams
• Setting and adhering to schedules
• Managing budget to a 15%+ net profit
• Continual client interaction
• Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities
