Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of process engineering, continuous improvement process, process control systems, plant technology, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
2. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
3. Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes.
4. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
5. Perform process simulations and troubleshooting.
6. Manage cost and time constraints.
7. Perform risk assessments.
8. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
9. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement improvements and new processes.
10. Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.
11. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
12. Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering.
3. Proven experience in continuous improvement process, process control systems, plant technology, and manufacturing processes.
4. Demonstrated ability to design processes that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
6. Excellent technical skills and knowledge of process-related standards.
7. Knowledge of process-related software programs.
8. Superior project management and organizational skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
