We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and lead innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in control systems, specifically with Honeywell TDC and Emerson DeltaV. The role requires a high level of travel (up to 75%) and the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Utilize expertise in Honeywell TDC and Emerson DeltaV systems to optimize process control.
  • Regularly travel to various manufacturing sites to oversee system implementation, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to the on-site team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure control systems align with overall manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and deliver training to operational staff on control system operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in control system technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in process control engineering, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Honeywell TDC and Emerson DeltaV control systems.
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex control system issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to various manufacturing sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Proven track record of staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in control system technology.
  • Ability to train and mentor operational staff on control system operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
