Senior/Principal Test Engineer - Mixed Signal Analog

We are a rapidly growing well-funded global semiconductor company that is looking for a Senior or Principal MEMs Test Engineer to collaborate with our Engineering and operations teams to successfully develop and release production test solutions. You will be involved in board-level hardware design, software implementation and validation on both custom and standard automated test equipment(ATE) platforms. If you are a High level Test Engineer with a strong background in Test Systems Development, MEMS(Gyro, Accelerometer, Microphone) / Mixed Signal Analog, PCB-Level Circuit design, ATE development experience with Mixed signal or Analog ICs, and Programming(C/C++, Python, and/or Matlab). Responsibilities:

• Develop Software and Hardware for production test of Mixed Signal Devices or MEMS Devices
• Perform board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards.
• Manage vendors, debug and deploy hardware to support volume ramp
• Algorithm development, board-level hardware design, and software implementation and validation on both custom and standard automated test equipment (ATE) platforms
• Collaborate with overseas Operations personnel to release test solutions into HVM production environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with debug/deploy hardware, develop/maintain test software on bench, and yield enhancement
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, Ph.D preferred
• Strong experience with automated test equipment(ATE) development for Mixed-Signal IC's such as Eagle Test Systems(preferred) and/or Teradyne
• Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++
• Experience in precision Analog electronics, High Speed board-level circuit design and Test methodologies
• Hands on Experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
