Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of power electronic systems, with a focus on IGBT, converters, motor inverters, and silicon carbide.
3. Strong knowledge of power electronics theory and principles, including the ability to perform complex calculations and simulations.
4. Proficiency in power electronics simulation tools and software.
5. Experience in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex power electronics issues.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in power electronics.
