Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PCB Designer to join our innovative engineering team. As a Senior PCB Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, multi-layered circuit boards for a variety of applications. Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop multi-layered PCBs using advanced design software such as Mentor PADS and Altium.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize power amplifiers and other electronic components.
3. Utilize 3D modeling techniques to create detailed, accurate models of PCB designs.
4. Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCB designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet all necessary specifications.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior PCB designers and other team members.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PCB design and electronic manufacturing.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of designs.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB design, specifically with multi-layered boards.
3. Proficiency in PCB design software such as Mentor PADS and Altium.
4. Demonstrated experience with power amplifiers, RF Engineering, and electronic manufacturing.
5. Proficiency in 3D modeling techniques and software.
6. Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and principles.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Proven track record of designing high-quality, reliable PCBs.
