Senior Partner-level Litigation Attorney

Full-service business law firm with multiple offices servicing clients in numerous practice areas, such banking and finance, business litigation and dispute resolution, commercial real estate, corporate & business acquisitions, labor and employment, private wealth services, and tax. Our diverse clientele range from domestic and international public and private companies to healthcare and tax-exempt organizations, and we also work with high-net-worth clients like entrepreneurs, professionals, board members, and senior executives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the firm's professional activities, including client intake, trial preparation, etc.
• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
• Draft complex pleadings and motions, and argue discovery and dispositive motions.
• Formulate and develop case strategy, advise clients on risk mitigation and pre-suit resolution options
• Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and handle other details for comprehensive case management
• Manage the discovery process and supervise junior attorneys and staff members with document review projects

Qualifications:

• At least 4-6+ years of litigation experience in state and federal courts with significant courtroom experience
• First chair experience preferred; second chair can be considered
• Mediation and arbitration experience is preferred
• Portable book of business preferred
• Knowledge of the laws and rules, as well as state and federal court procedures
