Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE for Colorado, required
• 8+ years' experience with municipal infrastructure projects (planning, budgeting, designing, and executing)
• Ability to create and maintain client relationships
• Experience putting bids together and performing deign reviews

Day-to-day:

• Provide project support including design and project coordination for municipal infrastructure projects
• Supervise and support project team and collaborate with different departments
• Proposal development, project planning, cost estimation, and schedule development
• Identify potential issues and risk with designs and construction plans
• Serve as client liaison
• Conduct site visits and public meetings as required
