Senior Motor Design Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Motor Design Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work on the design and development of cutting-edge motor technologies, pushing the boundaries of performance, efficiency, and reliability. The successful candidate will be a key player in our engineering department, involved in all aspects of motor design, from concept development to validation. This role requires a thorough understanding of motor analysis, PM motors, multiphysics, electromagnetic property, electromagnetic motor, and proficiency in using Ansys Fluent.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and design of advanced motor technologies, focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability.
2. Conduct detailed motor analysis to identify and solve complex engineering problems.
3. Use multiphysics and electromagnetic property knowledge to optimize motor designs.
4. Utilize Ansys Fluent for modeling and simulation to validate design concepts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of motor designs into overall product design.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in motor design processes and methodologies.
7. Oversee the testing and validation of motor designs, ensuring they meet all technical and performance requirements.
8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in motor technology and incorporate new ideas into designs.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in motor design, with a focus on PM motors.
3. Strong knowledge of motor analysis, multiphysics, electromagnetic property, and electromagnetic motor.
4. Proficiency in using Ansys Fluent for motor design and simulation.
5. Solid understanding of motor manufacturing processes and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
