We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Motor Design Engineer to join our innovative team. This role requires a thorough understanding of motor analysis, PM motors, multiphysics, electromagnetic property, electromagnetic motor, and proficiency in using Ansys Fluent.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in motor design, with a focus on PM motors.
3. Strong knowledge of motor analysis, multiphysics, electromagnetic property, and electromagnetic motor.
4. Proficiency in using Ansys Fluent for motor design and simulation.
5. Solid understanding of motor manufacturing processes and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
8. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
9. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in motor technology.
10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
