Senior Middleware Developer (.NET / PL/SQL)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Oracle Developer to join our high-performing technology team. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle applications. Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement Oracle applications and database solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements.
3. Perform complex Oracle database tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring.
4. Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
6. Work closely with the ETL team to design and develop data integration solutions.
7. Collaborate with the .NET team to integrate Oracle applications with .NET services.
8. Maintain and enhance existing Oracle applications, ensuring high levels of data quality and availability.
9. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle development, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, stored procedures/functions, indexes, views and Reports.
3. Proficient in ETL processes, with experience in data migration and integration.
4. Experience with .NET and Middleware technologies.
5. Strong knowledge of T-SQL and JD Edwards.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
11. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is a plus.
