We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior MEP Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a Senior MEP Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the electrical design engineering team to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for multifamily and commercial office projects.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP and electrical design engineering
• Strong knowledge of Revit and other relevant software
• Experience in multifamily and commercial office projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team to deliver MEP projects within budget and on time
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to ensure project coordination and integration
• Create and review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings using Revit
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex projects
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
