We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our prestigious Legal firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategy, increasing our brand visibility and attracting new clients. Responsibilities:

3. Develop and manage digital content across all platforms, ensuring it aligns with the firm's brand and strategic goals.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute lead generation programs.
5. Utilize marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the senior management team.
6. Stay informed about the latest trends in the legal industry and adapt marketing strategies as necessary.
7. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives deliver a strong return on investment.
8. Oversee the work of the marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the legal industry.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
4. Demonstrated ability to attract new clients through innovative marketing initiatives.
5. Strong knowledge of digital content development and management.
6. Proficient in analyzing marketing metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
