As a Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing, you will:

1. Develop and implement pricing strategies for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
2. Oversee the review of pricing through cost estimators, market data, and price indicators to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
3. Manage indirect costs accounting, providing accurate and timely reports to aid in decision-making processes.
4. Ensure strict compliance with pricing regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes and ensuring the organization is always in line with these regulations.
5. Provide expert advice on pricing matters to senior management, contributing to the development of financial strategies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using this information to inform pricing strategies.
7. Lead and mentor a team of pricing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on pricing management and indirect costs accounting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP systems.
4. Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Contract Manager (CCM) certification.
5. Extensive knowledge of pricing compliance regulations and a proven track record of ensuring adherence to these regulations.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex financial data and market indicators.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex pricing strategies to a variety of stakeholders.
