Experience: 5-8 years of litigation experience, particularly in trial courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Requirements:
Admission to PA and NJ Bars required; NY Bar admission is a plus.
Strong background in handling complex litigation cases, with insurance coverage experience beneficial but not mandatory.
Proven track record in trial and appellate courts, particularly in the Court of Common Pleas across multiple Pennsylvania counties.
