Senior Labor & Employment Attorney

We are actively recruiting for an experienced labor and employment attorney to join our client's offices in Palo Alto. Our client is a leading AmLaw200 corporate firm with a strong reputation and significant opportunity for career enhancement.

The partners are seeking attorneys who have a high-level of proficiency in sophisticated labor and employment litigation and transactional matters including termination of executive and management-level employees, broad-based reductions in force, internal investigations, creation of employee handbooks and related policies and working with labor unions on collective bargaining agreements. The incoming attorney will have significant opportunity to lead high-profile cases across the full spectrum of labor and employment law with national and international businesses. Onboarding associates will also be apart of an enhanced mentorship program that provides resources for professional development and continuing legal education. This role has significant client facing responsibilities that will allow you to build relationships with a diverse mix of public and private companies.
