We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent role within our manufacturing industry, where you will play an integral part in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our company. You will be responsible for conducting audits, evaluating internal controls, and providing risk assessments. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of internal auditing standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, lead, and execute complex internal audits across various departments within the organization.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes, identify areas of risk or non-compliance, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
3. Prepare and present clear and concise audit reports to management, detailing findings and recommendations.
4. Train and mentor junior audit staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
5. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and new regulatory requirements.
7. Participate in special projects as required, including due diligence reviews, fraud investigations, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of auditing and control standards, risk assessment principles, and financial regulations.
5. Proven experience in planning and executing audits, preparing audit reports, and presenting findings to management.
6. Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
10. Ability to travel as required for audits or training.
