We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Geologist to help lead our talented team. As a Lead Geologist, you will play a critical role in managing geological projects, conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, and providing technical expertise to our team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage geological projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with leadership and stakeholders while transitioning into a leadership level role
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to ensure that geological considerations are integrated into project design and construction.
• Mentor and train junior geologists and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in geological science and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in geological Engineering / project management.
• Professional Geologist (PG) required
• Certified Engineering Geologist (CEG) preferred
• Strong technical skills in geological mapping, sampling, and data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
