Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a Senior Fire Protection Engineer who will work collaboratively in a cross discipline environment, leading project teams in the production of engineering drawings and project documents. The Senior Fire Protection Engineer is responsible for the following:

Coordinating and modifying of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
Spatial coordination with architecture and other engineering systems
Site condition surveys
Processing contract submittals
QA/QC
Using technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design
Providing mentorship and direction to less experienced engineers and members of the project team
Supporting project pursuit efforts
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively work with client and contractors and provide direction to Page engineering teams. Successful candidate will keep abreast of new technologies, changing building codes and advances in the industry.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or similar degree
Professional Engineer (PE) - preferred
10+ years’ experience in the design and analysis of mechanical systems for government, commerce, and/or industrial buildings required
Proficiency in Revit MEP required
