System Administrator support for the Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud Applications
Collaborate with accounting employees to understand process/data issues and determine appropriate resolution to improve reporting accuracy and through-put time
Work with Operations, IT and internal auditors regarding process automation to provide improved data flow and integrity for all sub-systems impacting ORIX Corporation USA financials
Automating data pulls from Oracle ERP and EPM cloud, data warehouse and other applications using a variety of IT tools to automate reporting
Other projects and duties as assigned

This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and managers. This position also has external contact with vendors / consultants.

Education, Skills, & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with MIS emphasis from accredited four-year university required; advanced degree/CPA a plus
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience providing administrator support for ERP applications and financial reporting process automation/improvement using a variety of data-mining and presentation tools
Advanced experience with using Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Power BI
5 – 7 years’ experience working with Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud, preferably with ARCS and FCCS
Experience with Oracle ERP and EPM reporting tools, specifically OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and ad-hoc Smart View
Experience in the financial services industry with accounting knowledge of financial instruments, a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Ability to adjust priorities in a rapidly changing environment
