Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

The Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Director of Financial Reporting and Controller for all internal and external financial reporting. This position will be involved in the monthly and quarterly financial close process and analysis of results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• SEC filings (10-K, 10-Qs, 8-K's);
• Footnote disclosures for SEC filings;
• Month end functions to assist close reporting: monthly BOD reporting package and monthly reconciliations of certain balance sheet accounts;
• Quarterly loan allowance calculation process, including rollforward of related memos;
• External audit support;
• Sarbanes-Oxley testing;
• Investor relations presentations;

Requirements:

• CPA
• SEC reporting and SOX testing experience required
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Financial services industry experience preferred
