Salary: $90K-$105K per year
Schedule: M-F, Hybrid/Remote

The ideal candidate should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting package to business partners, including P&L variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and prior year, as well as detailed reporting of the month's activities and delivering insights to management
• Partner with operational business partners on special projects and decision support
• Provide support for company budgeting / forecasting process
• Demonstrates financial acumen and/or analytical experience when reviewing variance analysis or data interpretation of results
• Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data

You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and can present financial information in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling
• Advanced Excel skill level
• Ability to discuss financial information with a non-financial audience.
• Experience with Business Planning Tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Hyperion Essbase) preferred
• Experience with SQL and/or BI Tools (e.g PowerBI) a plus
