We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent position in the fast-paced and ever-evolving Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be an individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and has a passion for financial forecasting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial reporting standards.
4. Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.
5. Participating in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
6. Working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
7. Identifying potential areas of improvement in financial operations and implementing effective solutions.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards in the Construction industry.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, preferably within the Construction industry.
2. Strong experience in financial modeling, FP&A, ad hoc analysis, and forecasting.
3. Proven experience in ERP implementation and maintenance.
4. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) would be an asset.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and experience with financial software and databases.
8. A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in the Construction industry.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
