We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Senior Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in the non-profit space within the Medical industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for non-profits and a desire to make a significant impact on the lives of others. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including arranging travel and accommodations.
4. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
6. Assist in the preparation of board meetings and materials.
7. Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive administration, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
2. Proven experience in calendar management and coordination of high-level meetings and events.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Previous experience working within a non-profit.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
6. Experience working in the medical industry or a non-profit organization is highly desirable.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
