Senior Estimator

My client is a people first organization with a great presence in the Milwaukee area. Their office is in Oconomowoc and all their project work is within the area. They focus on Healthcare, Industrial, Corporate, and Government project work. They are actively growing and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their group. They truly focus on you as an individual both professionally and personally. People want to work for them!

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
2. Proficiency in estimating software and technology.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
7. Sound knowledge of business development strategies and techniques in the construction industry.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field will be an advantage.
9. Have a Client Book is a huge plus.
10. Open to Business Development!
