Our company is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Permanent Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid track record in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cost estimates for large scale industrial tilt-wall concrete projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. The Senior Estimator will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all estimates are accurate, competitive, and profitable.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for large industrial tilt-wall concrete projects.
2. Work closely with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and schedules.
3. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
4. Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness.
5. Use construction estimating software to calculate costs and prepare detailed cost reports.
6. Monitor project progress to ensure that costs are in line with estimates.
7. Identify and communicate potential cost overruns and other risks to project managers and other stakeholders.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
9. Participate in project meetings and present cost estimates to clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating large industrial tilt-wall concrete projects.
3. Extensive knowledge and field experience associated with cast in place concrete construction, concrete footings, and foundations.
4. Proficiency in Microstation, Project Management, Cost Estimation, Construction Management, and Budgeting.
5. Proficiency in construction estimating software.
6. Solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
