Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator
Relevant experience with projects based in the Tempe area, including knowledge of the local subcontractor market
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Certification in estimating (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
