Job Details
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in multi-family/Residential preconstruction/estimating.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not a requirement)
Experience estimating for all scopes of a multifamily project is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
