Senior Estimator - Owners Rep

We are a private equity and venture capital industry disrupter with a focus on the retail and infrastructure space. We work with our portfolio companies to grow and scale the business from development, real estate, design & construction, and operations. We are looking for a Estimator to oversee all preconstruction efforts within the business. This person will be instrumental in the successful development and preconstruction phases of quality built sites (both new builds and remodels) for our portfolio companies.

This is a great opportunity for a Construction Estimator with 5 - 10 + years of experience at an owners rep or looking to transition to the Owners Representative side of construction!

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• 4-Year Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience within commercial construction
• Knowledge of different estimating software
• Experience within a commercial general contractor or owners rep firm
• Experience with preparation of time, resource, cost, and earned value reports
