MUST HAVE
+ Experience as an Estimator at a Construction company
+ Experience with Commercial or Industrial Construction
+ Experience with ground-up projects
NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with Design/Build is preferred
+ Experience with Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) is preferred
+ Experience as an Estimator at a Construction company
