Senior Estimator (Commercial/Industrial Construction)

We work on a wide variety of construction including DoD, education, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, finance, retail, worship, and more. Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree
• 7+ years of experience in bidding commercial and industrial construction projects
• Experience with projects valued between $30-$100M

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Destini-Estimator, Pantera, or Bluebeam takeoffs is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze project documents and plans thoroughly.
• Work with the team to plan proposals.
• Get precise estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Stay updated on project timelines and deadlines.
• Keep informed about products, vendors, and regulations.
• Estimate project costs based on initial parameters.
• Compile detailed cost breakdowns.
• Attend preconstruction meetings.
• Travel occasionally for site assessments and local contractor liaison (rarely required).
