We are in search of a Senior Engineering Manager for Civil Engineering to drive business development and manage projects and staff within the Power Business Unit. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of civil engineering and excel in generating work within the Power, Energy, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts, securing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Manage civil engineering and multi-discipline projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, overseeing engineering design and QA/QC processes.
• Supervise civil engineering staff, supporting their career development and performance.
• Collaborate with division leaders to deliver profitable and sustainable projects for clients.

Experience Requirements:

• 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Engineering Sales.
• Proven track record in client engagement and relationship building.
• Demonstrated success in project and group management.
• Proficiency in project management principles and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with relevant software and engineering concepts.
• Experience managing technical staff and overseeing project execution.

Preferred Experience:

• Extensive experience serving Power, Energy, and/or Industrial clients.
• This role requires occasional travel and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across the United States.
