Job Details:
Our company, a leader in the Engineering industry, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Permanent Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery. You will be a part of a collaborative team, working on high-impact projects that contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Designing, maintaining, implementing, and improving electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems.
2. Directing and coordinating manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
3. Performing detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
4. Inspecting completed installations and observing operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
5. Planning and implementing research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.
6. Overseeing project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Conducting quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks to ensure the products meet set standards and specifications.
8. Collaborating with project managers and other engineering team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Electrical Engineer position must have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
4. Proven experience in using design and calculation software.
5. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes.
6. Experience with QA/QC procedures.
7. Proven project management skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little oversight.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.
11. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
