Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of projects, including mission-critical and data center applications, and will be expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in electrical engineering. The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in our team, providing technical leadership and ensuring Electrical Code Compliance. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
2. Develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
3. Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives.
4. Lead mission-critical and data center projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
5. Ensure all designs and installations comply with the relevant Electrical Code Compliance.
6. Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered.
7. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.
8. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
9. Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior engineers.
10. Keep abreast of advancements and changes in technology and develop an understanding of how new technologies can be utilized.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in mission-critical and data center environments.
4. Sound knowledge of Electrical Code Compliance.
5. Proven experience in leading and managing projects.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Proficient in using electrical engineering software.
10. A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
11. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
