Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and maintaining our electrical systems and products. You will be at the forefront of creating innovative electrical designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations. This position requires a high degree of technical competence, a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement complex electrical systems and innovative solutions for various projects.
2. Conduct detailed electrical system design, including system modeling, load calculations, and equipment selection.
3. Oversee and perform electrical system testing to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety.
4. Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure electrical designs integrate seamlessly with other system components.
5. Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
6. Prepare and present technical reports, specifications, and documentation to stakeholders.
7. Ensure all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
8. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to future projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT license is required.
3. A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering
4. Proven experience with electrical system design, testing, and maintenance.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.
6. Strong understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
8. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.
11. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
