Job Details:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building systems and design to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for leading and managing the design of various electrical systems for a wide range of projects. You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Designing and developing electrical systems for various building projects including commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
2. Utilizing advanced design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed electrical plans and specifications.
3. Leading and managing project teams to ensure the successful execution of design projects from inception to completion.
4. Coordinating with other engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other building elements.
5. Conducting technical reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of design outputs.
6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Participating in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions.
8. Staying abreast of latest advancements in electrical engineering and building systems to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on building systems design.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
4. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
5. Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to lead and manage project teams, coordinate with other disciplines, and meet project deadlines.
6. Strong knowledge of electrical building systems, codes, and standards.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex design challenges.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
