In this pivotal Senior Director of Engineering role, you will be the architect of our future, with two primary objectives: seamlessly merging two distinct applications, each with its unique tech stack, and amplifying the capabilities of our two dynamic teams (totaling 22 professionals). Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute merger strategies for two software products and with two distinct tech stacks.
• Drive the architectural strategy, establish clear acceptance criteria, and engage in thorough planning to proactively identify and address potential obstacles.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary, with a passion for learning new technologies and applying the best tools for the task at hand.
• Ensure swift execution and delivery of projects, presenting detailed options and estimates to the CTO, and backing decisions with strong, data-driven rationale.
• Build a framework for empowered, high-performing teams, emphasizing autonomy, accountability, and purposeful action in alignment with business goals.
• Take charge of complex problem-solving scenarios, overseeing the simultaneous management of both applications without requiring prior healthcare domain experience.
