We are seeking a dynamic and experienced attorney to join our team at the senior level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation and a proven track record of success in handling matters related to product liability, construction defect, toxic tort, or similar practice areas. This individual should be capable of stepping into a leadership role and running their own regional office, demonstrating a high level of initiative, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution, including all aspects of case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
Provide strategic guidance and direction to junior attorneys and support staff.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
Prepare persuasive written briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices within the field of complex litigation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing complex litigation, preferably with a focus on product liability, construction defect, toxic tort, or similar practice areas.
Strong litigation and trial skills, including experience managing all phases of litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work product and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
