Responsibilities:

As a Senior Civil Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and leading water and wastewater projects, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases.
2. Coordinating and communicating with clients, project team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
3. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, contract documents, and project specifications.
4. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
5. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the water/wastewater engineering industry.
7. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as required.
8. Participating in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in project management, with a focus on water/wastewater engineering projects.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases.
4. Strong technical knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, hydraulics, and civil infrastructure design.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools, and familiarity with relevant engineering software.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
8. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
