We are seeking a highly motivated Permanent Audit Senior Associate to join our dynamic Finance industry team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely with a team of talented professionals to provide exceptional audit services to our clients. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance, and providing valuable insights to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business operations, identify risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements, including planning, executing, and reporting on financial statements in accordance with SOX and GAAP compliance.
• Identify and analyze risks associated with the client's business operations and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including managing client expectations, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality audit services.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in audit, preferably in the Finance industry
• Strong knowledge of SOX, SOX compliance, US GAAP, GAAP, and IFRS
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
