1. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on issues related to religious law and religious abuse.
2. Develop and implement advanced strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
3. Participate in trials, prepare and present complex legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions, and conduct depositions.

8. Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
9. Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on religious law and/or cases of religious abuse.
3. Active member in good standing with a State Bar Association.
4. Proven track record of success in litigation, particularly in cases related to religious law and religious abuse.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and effectively.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
10. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
11. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior attorneys is a plus.
