Rapidly growing boutique defense litigation firm looking for a senior associate or partner level attorney with 5 to 15 years of experience. We offer an exceptional compensation package that will be set commensurate with your experience level.

The firm handles complex litigation, including personal injury defense, construction litigation, product liability litigation, negligent security cases, and entertainment litigation. We practice nationwide with many cases outside of Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the legal team
• Oversee and manage complex legal cases from pre-suit to trial
• Draft and review more complex pleadings and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements
• Mentor and train junior attorneys on best practices
• Collaborate with other partners to develop business development strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
