Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Handling a diverse range of insurance defense and personal injury cases.
2. Conducting thorough research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments.
5. Collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Keeping abreast of current legislation and legal developments that may impact our clients.
7. Providing sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
8. Managing relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Associate Attorney, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury cases.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Proven experience in litigation, with a track record of success in insurance defense and personal injury cases.
5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
