Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help build out our next generation APIs and development platform for AI. You will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of LLM technologies to push the boundaries of platform performance and scalability.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, developing, implementing, and maintaining AI models and systems. You will be working on real-world problems, driving forward our technology and business. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models and systems using advanced techniques in machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
2. Use Python and PyTorch to develop and implement machine learning algorithms.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop AI-driven solutions.
4. Lead and manage large scale, company-wide, AI projects.
5. Oversee the entire AI application lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and optimize performance.
7. Implement robust software solutions for model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
8. Keep abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and implement them as required.
9. Document AI processes, systems, and algorithms for future reference and for the benefit of other team members.
10. Mentor junior AI engineers and oversee their work to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's Degree or PhD will be considered a plus.
2. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch is a must.
4. Solid understanding and experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
5. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying AI models.
6. Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, processes, tools, and platforms.
7. Ability to design and implement AI applications that can solve complex business problems.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Eagerness to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI and machine learning.
