Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting or finance experience
• Familiarity with Asset Liability Management;
• Credit Union Experience

This position will build, drive, maintain and produce the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and timely analysis to provide senior leadership with financial visibility to drive strategic business initiatives. Other duties include but aren't limited to;

• The primary focus of this role will be to provide forward-looking strategic support to business partners throughout the company
• Create reporting and analysis including financial dashboards and visualizations
• Make recommendations to management based on analyzing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends
• Develop and track key performance metrics against the company's strategic objectives
• Create management reports and analyses to support decision making
• Prepare and develop budgets, forecasts, and models that will allow management to make informed decisions
• Work with key stakeholders to help improve management understanding of the business and foster better decision making
• Conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and corporate goals
• Take ownership for change and identify process improvements where needed
