Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex, spreadsheet-based financial processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee the maintenance of detailed amortization schedules, account reclassifications, and the general ledger.
Conduct thorough account reconciliations, ensuring clarity and precision in financial reporting.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance financial systems and address variances.
Drive process improvements and maintain robust internal control procedures.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in Public or Corporate Accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Independent work style, able to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn new financial systems.
