If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Permanent Senior Accountant to join our Commercial Property Accounting team in the Finance industry. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to leverage their expertise in Yardi, CAM Reconciliations, Property Accounting, AP-GL accounts, and GAAP in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Accountant in our Commercial Property Accounting team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing all financial operations related to our commercial property portfolio.
2. Performing CAM reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of all financial data.
3. Utilizing Yardi software for efficient property accounting and financial management.
4. Managing AP-GL accounts and ensuring all transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP.
5. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
6. Collaborating with the financial management team to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and risk analysis.
7. Assisting in annual audits and providing necessary financial data to auditors.
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting, specifically in the commercial real estate sector.
3. Proficiency in Yardi software and experience with CAM reconciliations.
4. Solid understanding of AP-GL accounts and GAAP.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
7. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
